Our app for language service providers

If you work for us as a translator, proofreader or post-editor, please install the Fasttranslator Companion (Service Provider Edition). If a new assignment is ready for you, you will be notified immediately.

The app is available for Android and for Apple users. It was developed with an eye for:

• The lowest possible energy consumption. We also want your phone to have enough power to be able to receive orders, wherever you are.
• Simplicity. The app actually only does one thing, namely send a message if there is an assignment for you, or if there is a change in current assignment. That is why you can't send messages to us using the app. As before, we communicate about assignments via e-mail.
• Respect for your free time and the time zone you are in. After all, our service providers are located all over the world. From the Outback in Australia to a mountain top in Croatia and nowadays also on the beach in Thailand and on a motorcycle in South America. The regular text messages we sent you before, often did not arrive or arrived too late. With the app you now decide for yourself what kind of message you get and whether or not you hear a sound.

• How do I install the app?

  Use the appropriate link above. After installing the app, you will need a registration code to register your device with us. You'll find that registration code in our service provider portal. To login, use the e-mail address that is known to us.

• I can't install the app

  Send an e-mail to procurement@fasttranslator.com and we will help you.

• What does the app look like? I'd like to see more before I install it.
